At the edge of the pool  the restaurant is  open every day from early April until end of October, offering a rich menu à la carte, with ample choice among the typical traditional Sicilian dishes, as well as pasta, omelets, salads, quiches, toasts, seasonal fruits, ice cream, desserts.
